Work with website files, databases and domain settings from a control panel. We can help identify the right place for everyday changes.
WordPress requirements
Tell us whether you are installing WordPress or moving an existing site. We will review compatibility and confirm available installation tools.
Website builders
Prefer a visual builder? Ask us to confirm Sitejet, SitePad or another builder for your selected plan before deciding how to build.
Business email
Plan mailbox capacity and access alongside your website. If you need Gmail and collaboration tools, compare Google Workspace.
HTTPS and domains
Discuss SSL certificate availability and domain validation. A domain name and a hosting account are separate services; you can ask us about either.
Support and maintenance
Existing customers can open a support ticket. Website design, content changes and application maintenance should be agreed separately.
Plan the move before changing DNS
Start by telling us your current control panel, website platform, approximate storage and mailbox requirements. We can then review compatibility, migration scope and any cost before arranging the move.
A migration plan should cover a source backup, a test copy, website and email checks, and an agreed DNS change. Keep the old service available until the new setup has been checked; DNS changes can take time to become visible.
What to check before you order
Price is only one part of a hosting decision. We will help you review these requirements rather than assume every website needs the same resources.
Resources and location
Confirm storage, traffic allowance, CPU, memory, file limits and server location for the selected plan. A service for Sri Lankan customers does not necessarily use a server physically in Sri Lanka.
Backups and recovery
Ask about backup frequency, retention, restoration charges and exclusions. Keep an independent copy of important website and email data; do not assume an advertised hosting plan includes a particular backup service.
Billing and service terms
Review the final annual total, renewal rate, cancellation process, refund eligibility and any migration or licence charges before payment.

Is the US$1 price billed monthly?
No. Starter is US$12 for a full year. US$1 is its monthly equivalent. Professional is US$18 per year and Business is US$24 per year.
How do I order a hosting plan?
Use a plan enquiry button below the pricing. It selects the plan in the contact form so we can confirm requirements and send the appropriate next steps. Submitting the form does not create a paid order.
Can I use a domain registered elsewhere?
You can discuss hosting a website without transferring its domain registration. The required DNS changes depend on where your DNS and email are managed; confirm the correct records before changing nameservers.
Are migration, SSL and website builders included?
Ask us to confirm availability, compatibility, any limits and any charges for your chosen plan. Do not cancel your existing hosting or purchase a builder until the migration and setup requirements are agreed.
Is shared hosting suitable for a busy shop or application?
Suitability depends on traffic, software and resource use. Share those details with us. A Cloud VPS or dedicated server may be more appropriate when you need a different resource allocation or level of control.
